Raffaele began his career in a law firm specializing in maritime and industrial law, where he collaborated with prestigious firms in the field of industrial property, including a major Washington D.C. law firm. Since 2018 Raffaele has been managing Notarbartolo & Gervasi’s trademark area, as well as dealing with trademark and design consultancy, trademark portfolio management, optimization of filing strategies, opinions on counterfeiting and settlement of judicial and out-of-court disputes, both domestic and international, customs surveillance services and anti-counterfeiting activities.
Raffaele is author of numerous publications on intellectual property and a speaker at conferences, in addition to carrying out academic activity as a lecturer at the Polytechnic University of Milan, and is also a member, on behalf of INTA, of the EUIPO Observatory for anti-counterfeiting.
