After a lengthy experience in Italy and in the USA as designer, quality manager and executive in important multinational corporations in the mechanical and electronics sector, Massimiliano began his collaboration with Notarbartolo & Gervasi in 2002, where he is currently head of the Florence office and coordinator of the patent area in the engineering sector.
In addition, Massimiliano deals with drafting and obtaining electronic, mechanical and software patents, with the registration of designs and models, infringement and freedom to operate opinions, prior art searches, consultancy and technical support in judicial and out-of-court cases, as well as the evaluation of patent portfolios for acquisitions, assignments or licenses of industrial property.
