Diego is managing partner and president of Notarbartolo & Gervasi and N&G Consulting. In almost forty years of activity in industrial property, Diego has developed an in-depth knowledge of both international laws and treaties, with particular reference to patents and supplementary protection certificates, and valorisation strategies, including licensing agreements, due diligence for mergers or acquisitions, research contracts and confidentiality agreements.
Diego is author of over thirty publications and co-author of two books, has presented papers at more than one hundred and fifty seminars and conferences in Italy and abroad, is a frequently appointed technical expert, both court- and party-appointed, and is a lecturer of basic and advanced courses, including preparation of students for the qualifying examination as industrial property attorney.
