Arianna began her professional career in 2017 in a leading Italian firm and in 2024 she joined Notarbartolo & Gervasi, where she provides technical and legal consultancy in the patent field, supporting companies, startups and research centers in the protection and valorization of innovations in the sectors of mechanics, medical technology and software, in particular artificial intelligence.
Specifically, Arianna deals with the drafting and prosecution of patent applications at national and European level, oppositions at the European Patent Office, analysis of freedom to operate (FTO) and patent validity, as well as technical-legal consultancy in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings. Since 2024, Arianna is also a mentor at the Entrepreneurship Club of the Politecnico di Milano, where she supports young innovators and aspiring entrepreneurs in protecting their technologies.
