 Experiences

After working twenty-five years for a well-known Italian law firm, Antonio began collaborating with Notarbartolo & Gervasi in 2020, mainly dealing with obtaining and defending, also at the judicial level, mechanical, electronic and software patents, especially for the automotive, electrotechnical, electronic, medical and packaging industries.

Antonio also deals with designs, trademarks and copyright, is regularly nominated as court-appointed technical expert in civil or criminal cases, has held courses on intellectual property, also at the university level, and is a speaker at conferences and congresses, particularly on European patents and software protection. Antonio is also an expert in IT systems for patent management, having assisted professional firms, the European Patent Office and the Unified Patent Court on the development of such systems.
